2. Tank Setup:

   • Cherry Barbs thrive in a well-planted tank with open swimming areas. A minimum tank size of 75L is recommended for a small school of these fish.
   • Include fine-leaved plants like Java Moss and provide floating plants to diffuse light and create shaded areas.

3. Water Parameters:

   • Cherry Barbs prefer slightly acidic to neutral water conditions with a pH range of 6.0 to 7.5.
   • Maintain the water temperature between 22 to 28°C (72 to 82°F).

4. Filtration and Water Flow:

   • Choose a filter with a gentle to moderate flow, as Cherry Barbs don't appreciate strong currents in the tank.
