A small rainbowfish found in Australia and New Guinea, it display a beautiful leopard like colouration of black spots on a shimmering silvery white body. The fins are intriguingly sail like, making for an instant eye-catching specimen in aquaria. It grows to just under an inch, and is well-suited to species tanks or if housed in communities make sure to avoid large, predatory fish or active tank mates that may out compete it for food. They will accept a variety of foods including flake, dried, pellet, live and or frozen doing well in fresh water parameters of a neutral pH.
